Adrianna Thiel

February 28, 1964 — November 26, 2018

Adrianna left this world for her journey to her eternal life.Adrianna was a loving mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend, and proud grandmother. Adrianna, also known as Andie, lived a life filled with laughter, love, cats, dogs, big challenges, little challenges, adventures and misadventures. She was born to Fred and Dorothy Thiel in 1964, much to the delight of her two sisters, Krystina (Thiel) and Lisa (Lawton) and her brother Rocky (Fred). As the baby of the family, Adrianna found favor with everyone around her. Her imagination spurred her quirky sense of humor, and delighted everyone she met. Adrianna graduated from Great Falls High and received a degree in Social Work from the College of Great Falls. After working at the Missouri River Manor, she found her true calling as a sales manager at the Crystal Inn where she worked until she medically retired due to complications from diabetes. She became part of the dialysis community and felt blessed by the nursing team that took such good care of her. Adrianna married her knight in shining armor, Allan Standiford and together they raised three brilliant children, Tamara, Elisabeth and Fredryck. Allan was Adrianna’s best friend, her rock, and the best part of her every day. They loved camping and traveling to the Oregon Coast. Adrianna loved to sing loudly to bad music, play with her beloved dog, Maddie, and make fun of her three cats. Even through sickness, Adrianna loved planning adventures, and living her life to the fullest. She will be especially missed by her father, Fred Thiel whom she called every day. Adrianna is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Thiel. She leaves behind her husband, Allan Standiford; Allan’s son Jason and his wife, Christy; her children, Tamara Thiel Prizant and her husband Ayal, Elisabeth Clark and her husband Josh, their precious children, William and Alexander, her son Fredryck Hale, her honorary son Adam Altringer, her father, Fred W. Thiel, her brother Rocky and his wife Mary Thiel, her sister Lisa Thiel Lawton and her husband, Bob, her sister, Krystina and her husband Dave Smalley, and as well as many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Humane Society. A private memorial service is planned. Friends and family are invited to an open house on Friday, November 30, from 4:00-7:00 pm, at 3119 2nd Avenue North.
