Angie H. Brinson

Angie Brinson, 91, passed away at Benefis Westview Care Facility in the early morning hours on April 7, 2020. Her daughter was blessed to be with her, giving her many kisses and hugs, saying prayers and thanking her for being her mom. Angie, AKA Mom, Abuelita, Grammie, and dear friend, was a truly loving, giving, and talented woman. She absolutely loved sharing her joys with others. Some of her attributes were her delicious cooking of Filipino foods, an amazing green thumb, solving crossword puzzles, being a professional hairdresser for many years, her phenomenal sixth sense, and her absolute joy in playing practical jokes on her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren more than anyone. She had a very special bond with her granddaughter, Page, and great-granddaughter, Madi. She passed down many of her talents to them, including cooking, gardening, speaking Spanish, and how to “win” at games. Angie will be reunited in heaven with her daughter, Vicki; her brothers and sisters; her parents; as well as friends who cherished her throughout the years. Mom, we thank you for being you, for our lasting memories, and most of all for your love. You are our HEART. Happy you are home now. Prayers for you and love to you! The family plans to have a memorial and celebrate her life with friends and family this coming summer.
