Barbara Steven Entz

Barbara Steven Entz, beloved wife, mother, sister, and aunt was born to Andrew and Rebecca Wurz of Hillside Colony on July 11, 1973, where she resided until married in 2000, to the love of her life, Steven J. Entz at Glacier Colony in 2011. The family moved to the Zenith Colony where she lived until the time of her passing due to complications from cancer in the early morning of December 4, 2020. She worked tirelessly for the colony until her health started declining a few weeks ago. She was an excellent seamstress and could make and sew anything she looked at. May she rest in the almighty arms of the Lord, in whom she cast all her faith in. Lord, thy will be done. Survivors include husband, Steven; son, Andrew, 19; daughters, Anita, 17, Anna, 14, and darling, Amber, 4; sisters, Esther, Rebecca, Rachel, Matilda, and Anna, all of the Horizon Colony, and Elizabeth and Frieda from the MacMillan Colony, Alberta; mother-in-law, Katheryn; brother-in-law, Johnathan of Belt; sisters-in-law, Frieda, Anna, Elizabeth, Julia, Debbie, Katheryn, and Thersa; plus numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jacob, Isaak, and Andrew; and father-in-law, John Entz. A funeral service was held at the Zenith Colony on December 7, 2020, where she will be laid to rest.
