Bradley Boland, 60, of Great Falls passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016 at his home. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the Stein Haus at 1:00. Musicians welcomed. Cremation has taken place under the direction of O’Connor Funeral Home. Brad was born May 24, 1955 in North Hollywood, California and moved with our family to Great Falls in 1964. Brad attended school in Great Falls and graduated from CMR High School in 1974. He was a generous man. If you ever needed help or some extra cash, he was there for you. Brad wore many hats in his day. He was a carpenter, an electrician, and even a fireman. He graduated from Ron Bailey’s School of Broadcasting in Spokane, WA and became a D.J. He even did a stint with stand-up comedy, but I’m not sure how that went because he had a strong sense of humor which sometimes led to trouble. Brad was talented on so many levels. He was an excellent artist in watercolors, oil, and illustration. He played the guitar his whole life and loved to write as well. In September of 1994 he married Kendra Lamb. The two of them travelled a lot and had some great times together. Sadly in February of 2014 they divorced and Brad moved back to Great Falls. Brad’s motto in life was “Don’t take yourself too seriously” and “find humor in as much stuff as you can.” He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Swanberg Boland; and brother Randell Boland. Brad is survived by me, his little sister, Elizabeth Boland. In lieu of flowers please donate to My Neighbor in Need, 525 Central Ave, Great Falls, 59401.
