Bret M. Hoe, 52, of Belt passed away Monday, November 10, 2014. A celebration of his life will take place Tuesday, November 18 at 11:00 at Belt Community Church. Bret was born to Tom P. Hoe and Ann (Clark) Hoe on April 30, 1962 in Colorado Springs, CO. He grew up in Ennis, MT and in 1979 he married his sweetheart Penni K. Wilson. In 1982 he joined the US Air Force and served his country proudly until his retirement in 2003. Bret was an avid collector of many things, but was known for his love of old cars and motorcycles. He was a part of many different motorcycle clubs over the years and forever a part of that brotherhood. He had three daughters Kristen, Amber, and Alexia. He taught his girls sports, hunting, and of course how to change a tire. He loved a good prank and was always a friend to everyone he met. His proudest role in life was that of being ‘Papa’. His happiest times were spent playing with his grandchildren, riding his motorcycles, and taking trips with Penni. Bret will be missed every day, but he has left us a legacy and standard to live by, and will forever be in our hearts. He is survived by his wife, Penni of Belt; his daughters; Kristen (Jack) Thomas of Boise, Amber (Russ) Roberts of Belt, Alexia (Derek) Duncan of Gillette; eight grandchildren; and countless brothers, sisters, and friends. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at JDRF.org.
