Brett was born on May 29, 1963 in Great Falls to Russ and Juanita Bartlett. He attended Great Falls High School. Brett worked as an automotive body and glass technician for many years in Great Falls and mentored many who still work in the auto body industry. His sense of humor and easy-going manner made working with him fun. Brett enjoyed riding his Harley, camping with family and friends, and clowning around with his son, Garrett. Brett is survived by his wife, Sherry Morgan, and his son Garrett, of Great Falls; step-son, Justin Sheldon of Missoula; step-son, Cody Sheldon of Dutton; his mother, Juanita Bartlett of Great Falls; his sister, Colette Palmer of Great Falls; niece Amanda Palmer Hauer of Issaquah, WA; nephew, Storm Wanstrath; and many loving and supportive friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Tim, and his father, Russ. In lieu of flowers, Brett suggested memorials be made to a fund for his son, Garrett, at the Montana Federal Credit Union.
