Charles Isaac Essebaggers

Charles “Chuck” Isaac Essebaggers, 78, of Cascade, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017. A celebration of life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Central Assembly of God Church. Cremation is in the care of O’Connor Funeral Home. Chuck was born on May 29, 1938 in Muskegon, Michigan to Harold and Irene Boelkins Essebaggers. He was raised in Michigan and after high school joined the U.S. Air Force. He met and married Lillian “Lynn” Loch and they raised two children together. After retiring from the Air Force, Chuck was a heavy equipment mechanic with the Cascade County Road Department for many years. Chuck enjoyed being outdoors. He spent as much time as he could boating, skiing, riding ATVs and motorcycles on trails, and backpacking. Chuck is survived by his wife Lynn Essebaggers; son Craig Essebaggers of Sun River; daughter Tina Essebaggers of Helena; brothers Bruce of Fremont, MI and Glenn of Detroit, MI; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his older brother, Jim, from Grand Haven, MI.
