Danial O. Williams

Danial O. “Dan” Williams, 60, passed away in Great Falls, Sept. 17, 2015. Dan was born at Elmendorf AFB, Anchorage, Alaska on January 10, 1955, the son of Bill and Beatrice Williams. The family moved to Great Falls when Dan was two. He attended schools in Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls High School in 1973. That same year he entered the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, serving on the USS Enterprise. Returning to Montana he began his career as a salesman working for various companies. Dan enjoyed the long walks in the mountains and travelling to all the National Parks in the US. He is survived by his sister Charene Richmond, Great Falls, two brothers, Ronald (Bonda) Williams, Spokane and Robert (Janet) Williams of Great Falls, and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, September 22, at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery Veterans Section with military honors.
