He is survived by his sisters, Theresa Shuck and Lisa Ozmon of Great Falls, Julie Onufryk of San Jacinto, CA, Vicky Freshwater of Great Falls; brother, Jason Freshwater of Grandview, TX; nieces, Sarah Hamilton of Anderson, CA, Elisabeth Phethean of La Mirada, CA, Kathy Holcomb of Santa Clarita, CA, Ashley Baker of Hemet, CA, Nicole Laiko of San Jacinto, CA, and Brianna Freshwater of Grandview, TX; nephews, Nathan Crouch of Apple Valley, CA, Bryan Laiko of San Jacinto, CA, Matthew Onufryk of San Jacinto, CA, and Brandon Freshwater of Grandview, TX. David will be missed very much.
