Delores Lassila Myers

Delores Lassila Myers, 84, of Great Falls passed away Monday, February 1, 2016 from natural causes. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Manchester Cemetery, and a family and friends gathering will follow at Bethel Lutheran Church at 12 p.m. Delores, a Montana native, made her home in Great Falls. She worked for the phone company retiring in 1984 after 32 ½ years. Delores enjoyed many activities through the years (powwows, beading, rug-hooking, and collecting.) Delores was married twice. She married Johnnie Zbinden (1948), and they had three children. In 1969, she married Charles Myers. Delores is survived by her children, Ronald (Diana) Zbinden, Diana Lee Zbinden, daughter-in-law Nancy Zbinden; brother Keith (Ann) Lassila; 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Delores was preceded in death by: her parents, John and Sarah Lassila; brother Kenneth Lassila; nephew Loren Lassila; and son Larry Zbinden.
