Eleanore J Pritts

Eleanore Jane Pritts, 87, of Great Falls passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014 at Benefis. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Eagles Manor, 1501 9th Street South at 2:00 pm. Cremation has taken place under the direction of O’Connor Funeral Home. Eleanore was born to Axel and Hennie Hedlund in Steilacoom, WA in 1927. She settled in Eatonville, WA after marrying Samuel Pritts. Eleanore was active in the Senior Citizens Center in Tacoma, WA. She moved to Great Falls to be with family in 2005. Eleanore loved playing Pinochle any chance she got but her passion was spending time with family. She is survived by daughters Becky (Rich) Schneider of Boston, Terry (Dave) Pippin of Great Falls; sons Mike Taylor of Springfield, OR, Pat (Diane) Taylor of Portland, OR; sister Florence Manning of Lacy WA; seven grandchildren Remi, Bejay, Brock, Jazlyn, Sean, Crystal and Corrine; and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Axel and Hennie Hedlund; husband Samuel R. Pritts; son Jim Kenworthy; and brothers Robert and Ernie Hedlund.
