Freddy Wayne Wagner, 70, passed away in Great Falls on November 2, 2021. Freddy was born March 11, 1951, in Great Falls, the son of Gerald and Shirley Wagner. He attended schools in Great Falls and graduated from CM Russell High School in 1969. That same year he moved to Reno, NV and married Donna Wheeler. They later divorced. Freddy worked construction in Reno before returning to Montana in 1980. He worked at Malmstrom AFB and later for Dave Crane. In 1981, he married Darla Dooper they later divorced, but remained close friends the rest of his life. Freddy had a love for stock car racing and spent hours at the track. He is survived by his children, Rick Wagner, Tonya Belli, Rebecca Squire, Rhea Weber, and Nicholas Wagner; two sisters, Jackie Manley and Karen Grogan; fantastic friend, Norm Johnson; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his ex-wife Darla Dooper and brother, Gary Wagner. Per his request, no services are being held. Cremation has taken place under the direction of O’Connor Funeral Home.
