George H. "Dusty" Doney Jr.

George H. “Dusty” Doney, Jr. passed away in Great Falls on March 13, 2021. He was born on April 11, 1948, to George H Doney, Sr. and Geraldine Snell Doney. He was raised in Chinook, MT with his seven siblings. He married Dixie Torres in 1966, and from this union had two children, son Richard and daughter Robin Gail. He and Dixie divorced and later he married Margaret “Madge” Brockbank. They moved to Great Falls, MT where they made their home. Dusty was preceded in death by his father, George Sr.; wife, Madge; daughter, Robin Gail; niece, Denice Ann; nephews, Thomas, Joseph “Joey,” Martin “Marty,” and Gerald Jr. “JJ;” and stepchildren, Connie, Seth, and Frank. He is survived by his mother, Geraldine; sisters, Lila (George) and Ilene (Nick); brother, Frisco; stepchildren, Sandra, Julie, Tim, Ronny, and Bobby; two special grandsons, Michael and Gabriel; special life-long friend, Richard Marchuk; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Dusty will be missed by many. He had humor like no other.
