Gerald "Jerry" White

Gerald T. White “Jerry”, 77, of Great Falls, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016 in his home after a long battle with prostate cancer. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel. O’Connor Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Jerry was born August 11, 1938 in Inverness, MT to Herb and Alta White. After graduating high school, Jerry moved to Great Falls and was a dedicated Weissmans employee for 40 years. During that time, he married twice and had 6 children. He enjoyed old cars and was a member of the Altered Classics Car Club. Jerry also enjoyed playing cribbage and large family gatherings. Jerry is survived by his sisters: Rose Gehl, Mary Vollmar, Leona Peske, and Donna Minnick; brothers: Ed White, Carl White, Jim White, and Herb White; daughters: Lisa (Randy) Pfeiffer, Karen Arps, and Janessa (Jimmy) Hendon; sons: Dustin (Jen) White and Jerrad (Becca) White; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his special friend, Renee Nagy. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Herb and Alta White; son David White; and sisters Cecilia and Audrey.
