Glenn "Bill" (William) Vandine

Glenn William “Bill” Vandine Jr., 65 passed away October 29, 2017 at Benefis Health Care. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at O’Connor Memorial Chapel, 2425 8th Avenue North. Glenn “Bill” was born May 8, 1952 in Deadwood, South Dakota.He graduated from Lead High School in 1970. Bill was a miner from 1970 through 1982, totaling 12 years of his life.He was a collection agent for eight years and became disabled in 1995 and was ever since. He was also a Hunter Safety Instructor for many years and enjoyed hunting, target shooting, and fishing. Bill is survived by his wife Shirley Vandine of Great Falls, MT; daughter Deanna (Vandine) Widic; sons Glenn W. Vandine III and Greg Vandine; sister Jackye Schefcik; brother George Vandine; aunts Nona Smith and Joyce Smith; uncle Norman Smith; and many grandchildren and cousins. He was preceded in death by parents Glenn William Sr. and Wilma (Smith) Vandine; daughter Michelle Vandine; and sisters Mickey Gifford and Cindy Vandine.
