James W. Tuttle, Jr., 78, passed away Saturday, 6/17/2017 at Benefis. A celebration of his life will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Central Assembly of God Church. Full obituary to follow. Cremation is in the care of O’Connor Funeral Home.
