Janice Marlene Dean

Janice Marlene (Johnston) Dean, 68, of Belt, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from respiratory failure at Benefis Healthcare. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 10:00 am at First Alliance Church. O’Connor Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Janice was born May 8, 1945 in Fairfield and was raised in Brockway, MT. She received her diploma from Circle High School and attended Miles City Beauty School. Janice worked numerous jobs throughout her life including a beauty shop in Circle, the Office of the Clerk and Recorder in McCone County, Big Sky Custodial Supply in Missoula, Missoula Nissan, and Target in Great Falls. Janice enjoyed camping, playing games, and spending time with loved ones. Janice is survived by her husband, Jay Dean of Belt; daughters Jo (Tony) Cooper and Jerilyn (Chris) Kopas; son Judd (Jackie) Dean; brothers Duane (Paula) Johnston and Rod (Suzy) Johnston; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Jean Johnston; and sister Yvonne Johnston.
