Josephine Judy Tanner

Josephine “Judy” Tanner, 85, of Great Falls, a retired home care attendant passed away Friday, August 9, 2013 after an extended illness. No services are planned. Cremation has taken place under the direction of O’Connor Funeral Home. She was born Josephine Prociw on January 29, 1928 in Belfield, ND. Judy is survived by her seven children, Thomas Tanner, Shirley Muskovitz, Rose Shutts, Marlene (Michael) Haman, and Richard (Deborah) Tanner all of Great Falls, Joseph (Pamela) Tanner of CA, and Judy (Michael) Griffin of CT; three siblings, Katie of MN, Paul of Great Falls, and David of ND; 16 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 11 siblings, son Gary, one grandchild, and one great-grandchild. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Oncology Ward at Benefis Hospital.
