June I Koehmstedt

June Ione Koehmstedt, 54, of Great Falls, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at a local care facility. Services for June will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 2pm at O’Connor Memorial Chapel. O’Connor Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. June was born July 21, 1960 to Wallace and Kay Koehmstedt in Great Falls. She attended schools in Great Falls and was a CMR graduate. She picked fruit at Valley Orchards in Washington for a while, and then came back to Great falls where she worked as a prep cook, most recently at Good Time Charlie’s. June enjoyed volunteering in the community and she loved hiking, camping and fishing in the great outdoors. June was also an artist who expressed her creativity most when she quilted. She is survived by her stepmother Edna Clark of Great Falls; brothers Lew, Ronald, Donald, and Wallace Koehmstedt all of Great Falls; and half-brother Kevin Koehmstedt of Great Falls. June was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, and one sister.
