Larry Dale Sand

Larry Dale Sand, 72, of Simms, passed away on April 25, 2018. A celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at O’Connor Memorial Chapel. Larry was born on January 7, 1946 in Great Falls, Montana to Arne and Edna Beck Sand and received his associate degree from Phoenix College in Arizona. Larry served our country for 33 years in the Air Force and Air National Guard as an aircraft mechanic and electrician. Larry enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, gardening and golf. He also was an active member of the Simms Community Church and the Simms Volunteer Fire Department. Larry is survived by his wife, Andrea; daughter Sandra Fermo (Craig); son Scott Sand (Heather); granddaughter Gabryella Fermo; sister Patty Moyer; brothers Vernon Sand, Darrell Sand and Calvin Sand. He was preceded in death by his father, Arne Sand, Sr.; his mother, Edna Marie Clara Beck and his brother, Arne Sand, Jr.
