Marcella M Mygland

GREAT FALLS —Marcella M. Mygland passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Park Place Health Care at the age of 96. No formal services are planned at this time. Cremation has taken place under the direction of OConnor Funeral Home. Marcella was born on a homestead near Danvers, Montana on April 27, 1918 to Walter and Hattie Kojetin. She was the eldest of three children. She was educated in Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls High School. After a very short teaching career she went to work at Paris of Montana Department Store where she met her husband, Ingvald. They were married in 1949 and spent the next 49 years together, being a homemaker, until his passing in 1998. She had one son Andrew. She loved camping and fishing and spent many years with friends and family at various local lakes doing what she loved. Marcella is survived by her son Andrew (Gail) Mygland of Great Falls; three grandsons, Jason (Joann) Mygland of Great Falls, Jeremy (Alicia) Mygland of Helena, and Jon (Kate) Mygland of Great Falls; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ingvald; parents Walter and Hattie Kojetin; brother Miloyd (Milch) Kojetin; and sister, Virginia (Virge) Westrom.
