Marguerite "Marti" Blank

Marguerite “Marti” Blank passed away peacefully on June 25, 2023, in Great Falls, MT. Marti was born in Stanford in 1944 to Johnny Nelson and Montana Goodman. She then became owner and operator of the Stanford Sundown Motel and enjoyed being a substitute teacher. She was a part of the Stanford Women’s Club, Stanford Beautification Committee, and was on the Russell Country Board of Directors. Marti was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and member of the Basin Bible Fellowship. Marti enjoyed gardening, community service, bible study, spending her time with friends and family, and coffee dates with the wonderful residents of Stanford. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Nelson and Montana Goodman. Marti is survived by her husband, Ray Blank; daughter, Sabrina (Kevin) Call; sons, Ryan (Ashley) Blank, and Shawn (Amy) Blank; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The viewing will be on July 7, 2023, at O’Connor Memorial Chapel, 1:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. A funeral service will be at Calvary Community Church on July 8, 2023, at 11:00A.M.
