Michael John Balko

Michael John “Mike” Balko, 77, of Great Falls passed away March 10, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1410 13th Street South. Mike was born June 20, 1940 in Great Falls.He received a B.S. from the College of Great Falls (1962) and a M.S.Ed at Western Montana College (1976).He married Carla Mack April 26, 1985.She died June 2, 1989. Mike was a teacher in Great Falls for many years and a long time member of the Weapons Collector Society of Montana. He is survived by his nieces Michelle (Cliff) Lewis, Denver, CO; Erin (Javier) Rivera, Denver, CO; and Tara Balko, Great Falls.
