Michael Ray “Mick” Gamble, 63, of Belt passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at a local hospital from cancer. A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 10:30 am at Belt Community Church with inurnment to follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. O’Connor Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Mick was born December 17, 1950 in Great Falls to Jack W and Florence Gamble. He worked in the farming and ranching industry and for the City of Belt. Mick enjoyed tinkering on his vehicles and had a passion for ATVs and Motorcycles. The family would like to thank all of those who supported Mick over these last few months. Mick is survived by his step-mother, Virginia L. Gamble of Belt; daughter Laura Cordes of Denver, CO; son Bradley Johnson of Ft. Irwin, CA; sisters Patricia (Gerry) Martin of Mukilteo, WA and Pam Arlint of Battle Ground, WA; brothers Jack M (Mary Ann) Gamble of Great Falls and Jim (Lynne) Gamble of Lewistown; three grandchildren; uncle James E. Milos of Belt; and faithful Golden Retriever, Maggie. He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Gamble; father Jack W. Gamble; and twin sister Michelle.
