Michael Leon Peaslee

Michael L. Peaslee, 44, passed away unexpectedly on April 13, 2021. Michael was born June 23, 1976, in Charleston, WV, the son of Richard L. Peaslee (deceased) and Marjorie J. (Bailey) Peaslee. He graduated from Hammondsport High School in Hammondsport, NY, Class of 1995. Michael found his way to Montana and eventually settled in Great Falls. He began working in the social services field with developmental adults and children. He later moved into the HVAC business and spent his last 6 years working for Advanced Air. Michael met his best friend and love of his life, Maria Peaslee. They were married on December 27, 2008. Michael was a proud, devoted father to 3 wonderful children, daughter; Sydney Hess, and two sons; Noah Moretti (Peaslee) and Jason Carman Jr. He enjoyed video games (PS4), NASCAR, and was a huge history buff. Michael was always sporting blue and green for his Seattle Seahawks- Go Hawks!! Most of all, he enjoyed the time he spent with his family and friends. No one who met Michael forgot his infectious laugh, sense of humor, or his faithful love and passion for his wife, children and grandchildren. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Richard L. Peaslee and grandfather, Clifford Peaslee. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Maria; children, Noah, Sydney, and Jason Jr.; grandchildren, Mckenna Wimberly (7) and Paisley Carman (3); mother, Marjorie J. (Richard Mackin) Peaslee; sisters, Amanda (Jason) Spring and Sarah (Justin) Bouchard; brothers, Jason (Sarah) and Shawn Peaslee; two nieces and five nephews; as well as numerous relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021, at 4 p.m. at Black Eagle Community Center, 2332 Smelter Ave, Black Eagle, Mt. 59414.
