Robert "Bob" Dean Harcharik

Robert “Bob” Harcharik, 86, of Great Falls, Montana passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021, at Peace Hospice. Bob was born on July 16, 1934, to John and Dorothy Harcharik. Bob grew up in Belt, Montana with his parents and siblings. He joined the Air National Guard in 1950 and went on to join the Army in 1956. He married Darlene Wrobel in 1960. In 1961, Bob joined the Montana Highway Patrol and retired in 1988. He retired from the Air National Guard in 1992. He loved to go fishing with his wife. They did so for many years. He was also a proud father and husband. Bob is survived by his wife, Darlene; daughter, Linda (Jerry) Lawson; two sisters, Faye Ward and Lori Eckhart; and brother, Jim Harcharik. He was preceded in death by his sons, Dennis and John; daughter, Kathleen; parents, John and Dorothy; brothers, Kenneth and Daniel; grandchildren, Gavin and Brett Lawson, Michael Harcharik, and Michelle Bunch; and five great-grandchildren. A special “Thank You” to all the staff at Peace Hospice for all the kindness, comfort, and respect given to our family. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery in Belt.
