Roxanne Bullard

Roxanne Bullard (nee O’Neill) 73, passed away surrounded by her children on November 24th, 2018 in Cascade, MT from complications of melanoma.She was born to Bill and Sandria (Rose) O’Neill June 5, 1945 in Livingston, MT. Growing up her favorite days were spent on her family's ranch near Livingston becoming an accomplished horsewoman in the process. From her first marriage Roxanne was blessed with three children Holly (Sabino), Brett, and Brennon.She married the love of her life John Bullard in 1974 settling in Cascade, MT to raise their family. Nature and animals were her passion. Roxanne rescued and raised many parrots and dogs through the years. John and Roxanne also opened their home to her mother and grandmother when they needed a place to call home. Loyalty and strength are the qualities that best describe Roxanne.When the chips were down this was the woman you wanted on your side, unless you were at the dining table playing poker, then no mercy was shown. She worked for 30 years at Job Service in Great Falls and Helena.She was known as a hard worker and prided herself on passing those qualities to the next generations. Roxanne is survived by her children, Holly (Sabino) Soto, Brett Gaughan, and Brennon Gaughan; seven grandchildren Cassandra (Ted), Ashleigh(Ryan), Alan, Avianna, Devin, Cassie, Logan, and six great grandchildren Carlie, Parker, Mollie, John, Willa, and Rowan;her brother Brad (Diane) O’Neill; nieces & nephewsKillorn O’Neill (Mark Penxa)and Patrick (Suzie) O’Neill; sister in law Marilyn (Vern) Kingston; brother Bill O’Neill, and sisters Charlie O’Neill (Andy Oswald), J’amie O’Neill, and Micki O’Neill (Dain Ruegamer). She was preceded in death by her husband John Bullard, and her parents Bill O’Neill and Sandria O’Neill. Per her wishes cremation has taken place and internment will be at a private ceremony.In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in her name to your local animal shelter or the Benefis Peace Hospice.
