Teri Ann Bellusci

Teri Bellusci passed away on May 10 at her home in Great Falls after a short illness. She was born on November 1, 1952 in Butte to Eugene and Joan Scharf, the second of seven children. She attended St. Patrick’s grade school and then graduated from Butte High where she was a proud member of the Purple B’s. Teri graduated from Carroll College with a B.A. degree in Social Work. She married and had four children, for whom she was a stay at home mom for many years. She then became a social worker and retired from the State of Montana Family Services. Over the last few years she worked as a social worker at Benefis Spectrum for the Big Sky Waiver Program. In 1993, she married Bill Bellusci. Together she and Bill enjoyed fishing, camping, ATV riding and playing games. She loved these times spent with her family and friends. Teri and her loving, fiesty spirit and humor will be missed by all, especially Bill, as she was his best friend and the love of his life and he of hers. Teri is survived by her husband Bill; sons Chris (Crystal Beedle) Murray of Arizona, Ryan (Pamela) Murray of Spokane, Scott (Sarah) Murray of Helena, and daughter Kate (Chris Reed) Murray of Great Falls; grandchildren Cora, Olivia, Alex, Hudson and Henley; brother John Scharf of Helena; sisters Jeanne (Garry) Bartscher of Kalispell, Joan Scharf of Bozeman, and Mary (Scott) Schonsberg of Belgrade; brother-in-law Hal (Lois) Bellusci of Placid Lake; sister-in-law Cherie Stone of Great Falls; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Joan Scharf, brothers Mike and Andy Scharf, sister-in-law Nancy Scharf, brother-in-law Ken Stone, nephew Timothy Mandic, and niece Shelly Stone. Memorial service will be held at O’Connor Funeral Home in Great Falls on Wednesday, May 16th at 2:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Benefis Peace Hospice or the Children’s Receiving Home of Great Falls.
