Thomas "T.C." Albert Connor

On May 10, 2024, Tom Connor, “T.C.,” died of natural causes at his home. T.C. was born in Billings but moved to Great Falls with his family as an infant. He graduated from Great Falls High School in 1967 and attended The College of Great Falls (University of Providence) before joining the Naval Reserve.

After he was discharged from active duty, T. C. returned to Great Falls and worked for several years for the Anaconda Company in Black Eagle. At the time of his death, he was working for the city as a groundskeeper at the municipal golf course, a job he had held for 20 years. T. C. was an avid sports fan and an accomplished bowler. He was also a devout Catholic and practiced his faith on a daily basis despite enduring many physical challenges in his later years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Cass Connor. He is survived by his sister, Patti Sturges, (Scott, deceased); brother, John (Randi Hood); nephews, Sean Sturges (Suzanne), Zach Sturges (Leigh), and Chris Connor (Pearl); niece, Robin Becker (Josh); and many, many grandnieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.

A vigil service is scheduled for May 31, at 5:00 p.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. A funeral liturgy celebrating Tom’s life will be held on Saturday, June 1, at 11:00 a.m. also at Holy Spirit.
