Thomas "Tommy" A. Bissell

Thomas “Tommy” A. Bissell was born on December 5, 1961, and passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022, at the Ivy of Great Falls. He was 60 years old.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at O’Connor Memorial Chapel with private burial at Manchester Cemetery.

Prior to residing at the Ivy, he lived at Treasure State Group Home with Quality Life Concepts. Tommy also attended Easter Seals during the day for work and day activities. Tommy was with QLC for almost 42 years. In that time, he developed lasting friendships with housemates and staff. Everyone will always remember his kind heart, his big heartwarming smile, his great Winnie the Pooh laugh, and his fondness for dominoes.

Tommy enjoyed getting dressed up for Halloween so he could get his treats. He also really enjoyed seeing Santa during Christmas. All of these fond memories will be treasured by all that knew him. Tommy has left a hole in all of our hearts.
