Wayne Reeves Tonne

Wayne Reeves Tonne, 85, of Great Falls, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

He was born on April 29, 1939, in Fort Benton to Albert and Rae (Reeves) Tonne. He served two years in the Army. He farmed and ranched in Eagle Butte raising Polled Herefords and later farmed and ranched near Ulm, Philipsburg, and Vaughn. He retired in 2020 and lived his remaining years at Iris Senior Living where he made many friends and was known for his wit and humor.

Wayne is survived by his brother, Charles (Glenda) Tonne of Geraldine; nieces, Myrna, Sherry, Robyn, and Lisa; nephews, Bart, Alan, Clint, Mark, and Brett; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rita; brothers, Willard (Nancy) and Jerry (Karen); and nephew, Scott.

While Wayne will be deeply missed, he will continue to live on in the memories and hearts of everyone fortunate to know him.
