Amy Lynette Guittar Faulkner, 45, of Great Falls, Montana went to her Father in Heaven Wednesday evening, June 27, 2018. Amy was married to John Claude Faulkner for 23 years and was the mother of Ella Grace, age 11 and Emilie Faith, age 5. Amy grew up in Pleasant Hill, Ohio and graduated from Newton High School in 1990. She graduated from University of Cincinnati with a BS degree in Human Resources in 1994. Using her degree, she worked for the following companies until becoming a mother; Employers Trust in Cincinnati, Insulate Windows and Weathervane in Seattle, and Progressive Insurance in Colorado Springs. Amy’s greatest joy was being a mother to her girls. She enjoyed volunteering at Mountainview Elementary where her oldest daughter attended. Amy also loved the great outdoors and living in Montana where she and her family together enjoyed camping, hiking, skiing,and kayaking. Amy is survived by her parents, Richard and Carolyn (Peters) Guittar; brother Aaron Paul (Katherine) Guittar; nephew Austin, niece Kennedy all of Pleasant Hill, Ohio as well as brother Andrew Joel (Deborah) Guittar of Seattle, Washington. Grandparents Paul and Mary Guittar and Clifford and Sara Peters preceded Amy in death. Amy was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by a myriad of close friends living in Ohio, Washington, Colorado, and Montana. Amy taught us so much on this journey. She was honest, vulnerable, and faithful to her God. Viewing will be held at New City Church in Great Falls on July 3, 2018 from 10:30-12:00 PM and a celebration of Amy’s life will follow.
